The EBK Group is a partner for on-demand production and development of electromechanical products. We manufacture components for almost all automotive manufacturers in Europe, are a production partner for industry and rail transport, and support start-ups in mastering the leap to industrial series production.
Production relocations often serve to sustainably reduce costs, create space and capacity for new products, and increase flexibility and adaptability to market changes. Reasons for this can include oversized or excessively expensive premises, the need for more space for new markets or machinery, or the search for locations with better economic conditions. A production relocation is therefore an effective tool for restructuring and optimizing manufacturing processes.
Following your inquiry, we will conduct a comprehensive, cross-departmental feasibility analysis. Using a detailed questionnaire, we will gather all relevant parameters and clarify the technical requirements. After the evaluation, we can provide you with a reliable commitment for your project and create a concrete relocation plan.
No, there is no rigid upper limit for the size of production facilities. We have already successfully relocated and recommissioned facilities with an area of up to 500 m². Each project is individually assessed, and our experts find the right solution for every facility size.
Yes. We take over your entire production facilities, including tools and testing equipment, and seamlessly integrate them into our sites. We ensure a smooth transition and provide complete technical support and quality assurance so you can continue working without interruption.
When relocating production, we create a detailed schedule and ensure delivery capability through a bridging production run produced jointly with your team. Simultaneously, we transfer master data, integrate suppliers, and clarify logistical details. We then dismantle, transport, and install the equipment at our site. Commissioning, calibration, and the start-up of the pilot production run are carried out in close coordination with your employees.
We guarantee that your quality standards will remain unchanged. We integrate all quality-relevant equipment or procure equivalent replacements. Furthermore, we handle all test documentation and ensure consistently high standards.
Yes. Should components be discontinued or raw materials no longer be available, we will work closely with you to develop solutions for new components or alternative materials. This ensures that the supply of spare parts for your products is secured in the long term.
The phase-out of series production refers to the final stage in the product lifecycle before a vehicle model or product is discontinued. During this phase-out, the production volume is systematically reduced along a phase-out curve until production ceases completely (EOP – End of Production). Typically, the final production volume often drops to a single-digit or low double-digit percentage of peak output – depending on the market, strategy, and the reduction of existing inventory.
Yes – that's precisely where our strength lies. We support you from the initial idea to the market-ready product. Whether manual assembly, semi-automated processes, or fully automated systems: we develop the right production processes for you, tailored to your planned production volumes and quality requirements. This is how we turn your prototype into a serial success story.
The duration depends on the product's complexity, the production volume, and material availability. Following a feasibility analysis, you will receive a transparent time and cost plan – ensuring planning security and enabling you to realistically plan your market launch.
GeoTrace® is our modular measurement chain for geothermal temperature monitoring. It measures simultaneously in multiple soil layers, can be permanently installed under pressure, and operates autonomously without separate cabling. The data is transmitted to the server in real time via SIM-IoT, visualized in the dashboard (digital "well log"), and reliably stored for 10 years – including automatic email notification to the reporting center in case of deviations. The number of sensors, chain length, and sensor spacing are freely configurable; sensor accuracy ±0.5 K, readout accuracy 0.1 K. Typical applications include monitoring geothermal probes, geothermal plants, and near-surface temperature fields.
