Initial situation
Many startups begin with a strong vision and a clever product idea – often focused on sustainable technologies or new mobility concepts. But the path from the initial sketch to an industrially manufactured solution is complex: Hardware development requires technical know-how, resources, and experience in series production, which young companies usually have to acquire first.

Green Fusion's GreenBox is an AI solution that intelligently measures and controls energy flows in multi-family buildings, enabling significant energy savings. Green Fusion's requirement for the EBK Group was to define a scalable and cost-optimized manufacturing process, with the goal of being able to integrate the devices into Green Fusion's IT systems pre-configured.
