With our extensive experience in process design and the optimization of unstable processes, we support our customers in transferring developed products into stable series processes. We start with sample construction and prototyping and move on to process development in order to guarantee a stable small series and to secure the series launch at an early stage. We use all modern methods for small series production so that the first products can be tested on the market without incurring high investment costs for large-scale production.

02 Spare parts supply

At the EBK Group, we place great value on environmental protection and sustainable action. We implement a wide range of measures that not only optimize our operational processes, but also have a positive impact on the daily lives of our employees. A central part of our commitment is the provision of spare parts by EBK Automotive, which actively contributes to sustainability in the automotive industry by supplying spare parts for classic cars.

03 Electromobility

We have expanded our infrastructure to promote electromobility. This includes the installation of 4 charging stations and 8 outdoor sockets specifically for electric vehicles. In addition, we support sustainable mobility solutions through a Germany ticket and promote the use of company bikes to enable healthy and environmentally friendly commuting. These measures are firmly anchored in our corporate values.

Für ein erstes Beratungsgespräch genügt eine kurze Produktbeschreibung, Ihre Ziel-Stückzahlen und besondere Anforderungen (z. B. Materialien, Toleranzen, Normen). Auf dieser Basis erstellen wir eine Machbarkeitsanalyse und erarbeiten mit Ihnen den Fahrplan zur Serienfertigung.
Die Dauer hängt von der Komplexität des Produkts, den Stückzahlen und der Materialverfügbarkeit ab. Nach einer Machbarkeitsanalyse erhalten Sie einen transparenten Zeit- und Kostenplan – damit Sie Planungssicherheit haben und Ihre Markteinführung realistisch gestalten können.
Produktionsverlagerungen sind eine unserer Kernkompetenzen. Wir übernehmen die komplette Projektplanung, Prozessanpassung und das Anlaufmanagement am neuen Standort. Die EBK-Gruppe ist seit über 30 Jahren in der Industrie verankert und hervorgegangen aus der Siemens AG. Heute arbeiten wir für führende OEMs, Tier-1-Zulieferer sowie Betreiber kritischer Infrastrukturen in den Bereichen Automotive, Bahn und Industrie. Unsere Kunden schätzen unsere Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte effizient umzusetzen – mit hoher Präzision, Verlässlichkeit und Innovationskraft.
GeoTrace® ist unsere modulare Messkette zur geothermischen Temperaturüberwachung. Sie misst gleichzeitig in mehreren Erdschichten, ist dauerhaft druckdicht installierbar und läuft autark ohne separate Verkabelung. Die Daten werden per SIM-IoT in Echtzeit an den Server übertragen, im Dashboard (digitales „Brunnenbuch“) visualisiert und für 10 Jahre zuverlässig gespeichert – inkl. automatischem E-Mail-Versand an die Meldestelle bei Abweichungen. Sensoranzahl, Kettenlänge und Sensorabstände sind frei konfigurierbar; Sensorgenauigkeit ±0,5 K, Auslesegenauigkeit 0,1 K. Typische Einsätze: Überwachung von Erdwärmesonden, Geothermie-Anlagen und baugrundnahen Temperaturfeldern.
